Inchcolm Abbey, known as the Iona of the East

It’s only 6 miles as the crow flies from Edinburgh, but it took us a couple of hours to get there – bus to train station, walk to ferry, ferry to island. Rained on way over, but cleared up during visit. Last night as we were waking to dinner, Mickey commented how nice the weather was, perfect temp., not much wind. Two minutes later it was raining! No clue it was coming. Very changeable is the weather in Scotland!
