Very highly rated little place with four tables, shared a full Scottish breakfast with haggis, black pudding, bacon, scrambled eggs, Scottish sausage, toast, a bit of scone, and one “Tennessee pancake.” It was all good, esp. the pancake. I want to come back for a stack of those. The owner’s brother lives in Huntsville AL, teaches at University there. She developed her pancake recipe from her own visits to the states.
