They worked at St. Columba’s and were going back to college. The St. Columba’s staff was made up mostly of college kids on summer break, a well-trained and very cute group.
Several others from Iona made the same journey of seven hours, from ferry to Mull, bus across Mull, ferry to Oban on the mainland, then train to Glasgow. At train station I got a taxi to my hotel, luxury!
